Job summary

Community Access seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to provide financial leadership across its housing portfolio and affiliated entities. You will partner with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to drive long-term sustainability, capital planning, and risk management while overseeing an outsourced finance function.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on financial strategy, performance, capital planning, growth, and risk.
• Translate financial data into concise analysis and clear recommendations.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, treasury, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage relationship with outsourced finance provider and ensure alignment with organization.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support timely decisions on liquidity and operating costs.
