Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance/operations experience at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Deep nonprofit finance expertise in fund accounting, grants, and donor restrictions.
• Strong ability to lead and develop teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience with EOS, OKRs, and structured operating systems.
• Exceptional board-facing financial communication and prioritization.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy aligned with mission priorities and capital planning.
• Partner with the CEO and Integrator to translate data into forward-looking scenarios and recommendations.
• Own the finance function’s EOS scorecard, Rocks, and meeting cadence for traction.
• Oversee accounting, monthly close, internal controls, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure GAAP nonprofit compliance, IRS Form 990, and grant/donor restrictions.
• Manage treasury, risk, and investments to secure current and future operations.
• Collaborate across departments to align budgets, staffing, and fundraising assumptions.
