Job summary

Levine Music seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and guide financial planning, reporting, and controls across five campuses and the Virtual Campus. The ideal candidate will have senior nonprofit finance experience, a degree in finance or accounting, and a track record mentoring staff.

The role requires strong communication with the CEO, Board, and committees and a proactive, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial management experience in nonprofit organizations.
• Experience with nonprofit fund accounting and compliance.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and cash management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading finance staff and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash, investments, audits, and tax compliance.
• Ensure internal controls and payroll administration.
• Provide strategic financial insights to CEO and Board.
• Develop staff and foster transparent, collaborative finance culture.
