Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Budget Coordinator to lead complex, cross-functional budgeting initiatives across our national nonprofit.

You will coordinate with Development, Program Operations, Contracts, and field leaders to align timelines, deliverables, and compliance milestones. The role focuses on maintaining organized systems for project tracking, documentation, and shared filing, while supporting field teams in meeting programmatic and fiscal goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fiscal coordination, budgeting, project management, or nonprofit financial operations.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and cross-functional project oversight preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
