Job summary

Healios is a remote-first healthcare innovator focused on neurodevelopmental and mental health services. Based in the UK, the Partnerships Manager will grow revenue across NHS accounts while nurturing relationships with service decision makers, influencers, and internal teams to ensure value delivery and long-term partnerships.

You will lead stakeholder mapping, plan regular account meetings, and drive Healios’ transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Proven account/partnerships management or sales experience in mental health/ND assessment.
• Ability to grow revenue within NHS accounts and create new opportunities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel within the UK for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with NHS account decision makers and drive revenue growth.
• Understand client challenges and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.
• Plan and attend virtual and in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
• Map decision makers and grow brand advocacy to improve Healios NPS.
• Prepare regular account meetings and track performance with data.
• Update customer information in the Healios CRM.
• Coordinate with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Finance, Product and Tech.
• Provide customer reports focusing on impact and value for clients and families.
• Monitor market changes to inform strategy and value proposition.
