Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (preferably medical).
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software.
• Minimum of 5 years of NGO experience.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, fluent in Arabic.
• Strong initiative, team player, and supportive of humanitarian principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, warehousing and logistics activities.
• Review and enhance tools, procedures and policies with the Operations Director.
• Coordinate procurement plans and market surveys for cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage fleets, shipments, customs clearance and tax exemption processes.
• Supervise warehouses, inventory control and reporting across Syria.
• Update logistics policies and SOPs to align with donor standards.
