Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible procurement experience with category management and strategic sourcing.
• Proven success leading complex competitive sourcing, multi-supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Strong analytical capability across spend analysis, market assessment, business-case development, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year category strategies for Travel, Translation, Insurance, Cash, HR Services, and more.
• Translate spend and demand insights into sourcing priorities, value targets, and roadmaps.
• Lead RFx, evaluation, negotiation, award and implementation of complex sourcing initiatives.
• Advise on specifications, statements of work, service levels, pricing structures, and contract models.
• Drive governance, risk management, and supplier performance across IRC's global footprint.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related discipline

CIPS Level 4 or higher

Master's degree in a relevant field

Strong analytical capability
