Highly Marelli USA, Inc. is actively seeking a New Product Launch Manager to lead the NPI function and ensure successful customer program delivery across quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics.

You will direct the launch team, develop comprehensive timelines, define milestones, and drive program performance while communicating with executive management. This on-site role emphasizes disciplined execution in a fast-moving automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; seven+ years in a related role.
• Advanced degree with five+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities; capable of coordinating multiple programs.
• Experience with product launches and production startup activities.
• Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operation of the New Product Launch group.
• Develop and maintain launch timelines and project plans
• Define key deliverables, milestones, and critical path activities
• Track program performance against timing, quality, and scope objectives
• Lead cross-functional program reviews and launch meetings
• Escalate issues and drive corrective actions when milestones are at risk
• Provide leadership to work-groups in resolving problems and implementing corrective action plans
• Develops the skills of subordinates to fullest potential
• Ensures all customer schedules are completed on time
• Represents the company and its management with customers and suppliers in project related areas
• Must follow all company requirements in regard to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
