Job summary

Minth-North-America is seeking a Launch Manager in Lewisburg, TN to lead the introduction of new automotive products. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure launches are on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.

You will manage transfers from China, drive plant readiness, and oversee trials through ramp-up. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of automotive project management experience, a engineering degree, and familiarity with APQP/PPAP and TS16949/IATF16949 quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience introducing new projects to manufacturing plants is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer of new programs from China R&D/Program teams to the US plant.
• Organize cross-functional launch team to prepare for new program launches.
• Develop launch timelines aligned with milestones and plant readiness.
• Ensure delivery of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and safe launch plans.
• Lead plant readiness, trial production, and capability studies.
• Manage launch budgets and cost tracking; ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
