Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Learning Portfolio Lead - Neuroscience, based in Titusville, NJ. You will own the strategy and coherence of the Neuroscience learning portfolio, partnering with business leaders, SMEs, and vendors to ensure aligned investments and impactful curricula.

You will lead a team, drive portfolio performance, and translate scientific developments into learning priorities while supporting enterprise content priorities and field medical capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in learning, field medical, commercial field teams, or related pharmaceutical/biotech experience
• Experience leading learning portfolios or programs in a matrix, cross-functional environment
• Strong business, clinical, and scientific acumen with portfolio management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the Neuroscience learning portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with category direction and enterprise standards
• Monitor portfolio performance and learner feedback to identify gaps and optimize assets
• Provide strategic oversight for curricula, pathways, onboarding, and readiness milestones
• Translate clinical portfolio direction into portfolio priorities, learning priorities, and content direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities with resources, timelines, and budgets
