Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager, Networking to lead strategic sourcing for critical network hardware and power our data center deployments. You will build strong supplier relationships, drive negotiations, and shape roadmaps with engineering.

You will own master agreements, RFQs/RFPs, and TCO optimization, while crafting sourcing strategies across connectivity and backbone technologies to sustain rapid growth. A deep network hardware background is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI hardware supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field, or Business Administration.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for critical network hardware systems and products powering data center deployments.
• Build robust supplier relationships to drive supply chain resilience and cost savings.
• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps across Connectivity, Optical and Backbone.
• Lead RFQs/RFPs, complex supplier negotiations, and master agreements or statements of work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape business and technology roadmaps.
• Drive total cost of ownership optimizations and prototype-to-mass production sourcing.
