Job summary

Workplace Options is seeking a Network Recruitment and Development Specialist to grow our PPO provider network and support Behavioral Health Systems. Reporting to the Vice President, Provider Relations, you will identify new providers, negotiate rates, and orient them to BHS requirements.

You will serve as a liaison among treatment providers, clients and patients, coordinating information on regional rates and field developments while supporting contracts and public relations efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Some experience in mental health field and public relations preferred.
• Familiarity with computerized applications (Word, Access, internet).
• Willing to perform extensive telephone work.
• Strong communication and liaison abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand and maintain PPO network and negotiate provider rates.
• Assist in conducting provider orientations and training sessions.
• Serve as liaison with treatment providers, clients and patients.
• Coordinate information on competition and provider rates by region or city.
• Advise VP, Provider Relations on market developments and policy changes.
