Workplace Options, in support of Behavioral Health Systems, seeks a Network Recruitment and Development Specialist to expand the PPO provider network and negotiate rates.

Reporting to the VP Provider Relations, the role includes orientation of providers, liaison with treatment providers, clients and patients, and cross-divisional support.

Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare background and strong communication skills preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Some mental health field experience and public relations preferred.
• Familiarity with PC-based applications (Word, Access, Internet).
• Willing to perform extensive telephone work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, expand and maintain PPO network and negotiate rates.
• Serve as liaison with providers, clients, patients and others.
• Assist Clinical/Accounting/Marketing divisions with contracts and related support.
• Coordinate information on competition, provider rates by region or city, national statistics.
