Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in technical program management, including managing complex IT infrastructure or networking projects in a large enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex network-related projects (e.g., LAN/WAN, wireless, data center, or telecommunications).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating work across technical and business organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop multi-year network roadmaps, architectural strategies, and technical standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage the network project portfolio, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed annual budgets (Capex and Opex) for networking initiatives.
• Refine workflow management, service delivery processes, and program governance for continuous improvement.
