Qualifications

• 5+ years in a network management-related role handling complex providers with business results accountability.
• 2+ years of medical cost and affordability experience.
• 2+ years of provider contracting and/or provider network management experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance financial and operational impact of contracts when developing or negotiating terms.
• Develop strategies, plans, and priorities for network contracts.
• Apply network configuration and incentive-based payment models to improve quality and efficiency.
• Understand products across lines of business (Employer/Individual; Medicare/Retirement; Community/State).
• Evaluate contract performance for remediation opportunities and cost savings.
• Utilize financial tools and reports to evaluate performance of contracts.
• Assess financial implications of requested contract changes.
• Understand market competition (rates, market share, products, networks, GeoAccess).
• Represent the department in external meetings and deliver on assigned actions.
