Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end large-scale telecom projects. You will oversee milestones, manage risks, and ensure data-driven forecasting and reporting for cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, vendors, and partners.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proactive issue resolution, and a commitment to operational excellence across all implementation phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2-3 years with a Master).
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design and deployment lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clear action plans.
• Proficient with project management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage major and minor project milestones with real-time status updates.
• Forecast 0–180 day timelines and align scheduling across projects.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are properly documented.
