Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment programs for large-scale telecommunications projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, construction, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and high quality outcomes.

The role demands strong analytical, risk management, and proactive problem-solving to drive operational excellence across all implementation phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications or network deployment.
• Experience managing cross-functional implementation programs.
• Proficient with project management tools and data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Project & Milestone Management: manage milestones with real-time status and reporting.
• Risk Identification & Issue Resolution: identify risks and assign ownership with mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance & Deliverable Validation: ensure all deliverables meet standards and SLAs.
• Data, Reporting & Forecasting: maintain data accuracy and forecast outcomes 0–180 days.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: drive cross-functional improvements and optimize workflows.
