Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end large-scale telecom deployment projects in the United States. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, vendors, and partners to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and high quality outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record in milestone management, forecasting, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience; Master's degree optional.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clear action plans.
• Proficient with project management tools, data dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage major and minor project milestones with real-time status updates.
• Track multiple concurrent projects and align 0–180 day forecasts.
• Drive project closeouts and ensure deliverables and docs are complete.
• Identify risks in real time and assign owners; develop mitigations.
• Surface cross-functional gaps and escalate blockers with data.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards across teams.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and provide leadership reports.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across engineering and deployment
