Job summary

IHCS, a leader in in-home care services, seeks a Sr. Network Development Executive to expand our provider network across Arizona and Colorado.

You will identify, recruit, and onboard home health, home infusion, and DME providers, negotiating contracts and aligning with health plans and regulatory standards. Residing in AZ or CO, you will drive market development, monitor progress, and collaborate with executives to ensure a timely go-live in new markets while maintaining excellent provider

Qualifications

• Must reside in AZ/CO.
• Experience recruiting providers in designated markets.
• Strong negotiation and contract execution skills.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methods and health plans.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and go-live timelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit targeted home health, home infusion, and DME providers to join IHCS network.
• Develop and implement market development plans in AZ and CO.
• Lead contract negotiations for Home Health, DME, and IV services.
• Track recruitment activities, progress, and barriers to go-live.
• Ensure provider contractual compliance with regulations and IHCS policies.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and maintain up-to-date provider data.
• Meet recruitment and strategic initiative goals.
