You will recruit home health, home infusion, and DME providers, and lead strategic negotiations to ensure best-fit partnerships and regulatory compliance. The Sr. Network Development Executive will represent and advance IHCS’ interests in the provider market across Arizona and Colorado as the preferred partner through evaluation of provider viability and strategic fit, strong negotiation skills, and execution of provider agreement strategies. This position is responsible for identifying, selecting, and recruiting home health, home infusion, and durable medical equipment (DME) providers to join the IHCS network.

Bachelors or better.
Mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language
Understanding of managed care concepts
