Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in IT-related field (minimum)
• 1+ year direct experience with access points, switches, routers; general application support
• Experience deploying and managing multi-layered security solutions

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, APs, cameras)
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot security technologies (firewalls, MFA, endpoint protection)
• Support vulnerability management, patching, incident response, disaster recovery, and audits
• Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures; participate in DR/BC planning
