Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure in Milwaukee. You’ll work with Cisco routing, switching, and security solutions to ensure network stability, performance, and compliance with security policies.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of overall IT experience with focus on network infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on with Cisco routing, switching, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite network support including troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and manage Cisco routers and switches.
• Act as SME for managed network operations and security-related activities.
• Collaborate with customer network engineering to develop enterprise design and strategy.
• Identify opportunities for network/projects through coordination with engineering leads.
• Perform monitoring, diagnosis, and timely incident resolution.
• Maintain WAN/LAN configurations, QoS, and security policy enforcement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalations.
• Support Cisco SD-WAN implementations and FTD firewalls as needed.
