VNS Health in New York seeks a contracts professional to review, draft, and negotiate agreements across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.

You will manage the contract lifecycle, monitor performance, communicate with internal leads and providers, and prepare reports on contracting status and financial impact. A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum five years legal, procurement and/or contract management experience.
• Ability to interpret legal and contractual requirements and manage contracts.
• Strong project management, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MediTract CLM or similar platform preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes market trends and provider performance to inform network development strategies.
• Drafts and revises forms, templates and various agreements with guidance from leadership.
• Negotiates provider agreements, including fee schedules and value-based arrangements.
• Manages contract process to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Assists with CLM system administration and maintains contract records.
• Develops contract reports and audit trails; delivers regular analyses.
