Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief of Health Plans, providing analysis and coordination to support decision-making and execution of key priorities.
• Prepare the Chief for critical meetings by synthesizing information and identifying key issues and actions.
• Manage leadership agenda and operating cadence, focusing on strategic priorities, performance, decisions and risks.
• Support executive communications, presentations, briefings and governance materials.
• Coordinate strategic planning and annual priority-setting with senior leadership.
• Translate priorities into objectives, milestones, and accountability, and monitor progress.
