Job summary

Duke Health Integrated Practice seeks a Strategic Services Associate to analyze provider network needs, service line capacity, market demand, access opportunities, and operational performance. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to identify gaps and develop growth recommendations.

You will develop datasets, dashboards, and planning tools, and support reporting on market assessments, access metrics, and geographic mapping to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience, including significant responsibility for performance/process improvement.
• Masters degree can substitute for two years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer technology skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, OneNote, SurveyMonkey.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses related to provider network performance, clinical service planning, access, capacity, referral patterns, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize datasets, dashboards, and planning tools to support network management and decision-making.
• Produce network and clinical planning reports including market assessments, access metrics, and geographic mapping.
• Support compensation planning processes for clinicians by integrating multiple data sources.
• Provide analytical and project management support for service lines and community practices.
