Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Financial Analyst in Washington, DC to support Navy's Spectrum Relocation Fund (SRF) Office. You will manage program financials, perform detailed analyses in Navy ERP, and ensure proper funding execution across the project lifecycle.

Required is 5+ years of DON financial management, active DoD Secret clearance, and advanced Excel skills. This role emphasizes independent work with government and contractor stakeholders and close coordination with program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of Department of Navy financial management experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated expertise using Navy ERP for research, obligations and transactions.
• Experience supporting project closeout, funds reconciliation, and residual funding balances.
• Familiarity with PPBE process and DON budget lifecycle.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and financial reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage SRF program financials, schedules, and funding execution activities.
• Research and reconcile financial transactions within Navy ERP across contracts and years.
• Develop funding execution analyses and recommendations for SRF decisions.
• Prepare funding execution documentation and maintain the Consolidated Financial Summary Report.
• Coordinate with field activities, contracting offices, and sponsors to submit financial documents.
• Support audit-ready financial management and PPBE process activities.
