Job summary

CAC I is hiring a Staffing Manager to lead staffing for a large, complex program, coordinating with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to ensure full resource alignment. You will shape talent pipelines, execute workforce plans, and ensure compliant staffing practices on a fast-paced program.

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and 5+ years in staffing for federal programs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.
• 5+ years of staffing/HR experience supporting federal program.

Responsibilities

• Supports staffing plans and rationales, transition-in/out planning and execution.
• Drives continuous process improvement with the MFS team to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments; evaluates performance results and recommends major changes.
• Functions as staffing expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
