• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, contract administration, and compliance oversight across a dynamic portfolio.
• Lead proposals and negotiate complex terms and conditions with customers.
• Manage customer relationships and contract risk across programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
