Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation seeks a strategic sales professional to identify and develop new financial products, with emphasis on non municipal offerings, while guiding marketing and sales direction. You will create proposal presentations and respond to RFPs and report progress directly to management, shaping CT's vision.

You will participate in New Business Committee meetings and monitor your sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Seven (7) years sales experience in Financial Services with leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with peers, cross functional counterparts, and leadership.
• Proven ability to build external relationships with industry leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and strategize on the development of new products (emphasis on non municipal products).
• Assist with marketing and sales direction and strategy.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Participate in New Business Committee meetings.
• Report sales progress and results to management.
• Strategize with management on new opportunities, products and vision.
• Monitor own sales pipeline.
• Attend industry related conferences.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
