Job summary

Ice Solutions is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale national operations. You will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, optimize processes, and ensure consistent service delivery across locations and units.

The role reports to the CEO and requires strong financial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to foster growth while managing risk. Travel is expected, with responsibilities spanning the entire organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• 10–20 years of relevant operational leadership experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure reliable delivery.
• Partner with CEO and executive team to set strategy.
• Develop and execute operating budgets and policies.
• Lead multiple high-impact initiatives across locations.
• Monitor P&L performance and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and mentor medium-sized teams for growth.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time.
