The role requires a track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and scaling industrial operations. Travel and stakeholder engagement are core to advancing partnerships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10 to 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• 5 to 7+ years in executive leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for strategic direction and growth initiatives.
• Oversee operations, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain performance.
• Drive financial health, capital planning, and stakeholder value.
• Lead acquisitions, partnerships, and geographic expansion.
• Build and retain high-performing executive teams.
• Represent Ice Solutions with customers, partners, and regulators.
