Job summary

Integrity National Corporation seeks an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to provide executive leadership and strategic direction across the organization. This role focuses on growth, operational excellence, and aligning performance with financial goals and client satisfaction.

Hybrid work with routine HQ presence and travel to client locations. The COO will oversee HR, safety, finance, and governance, and drive cross-functional initiatives for scalable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience (COO, CRO, or equivalent senior role).
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale operations and distributed teams.
• Proven success in multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with company vision, goals, and growth objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise performance across all business units.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that support scalability and long-term expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
• Lead and own the Operations Sales Program (OS Program) as the primary driver of revenue growth.
• Integrate operations and sales to drive new business, client expansion, and retention.
• Target and secure opportunities across key verticals and geographies, leveraging operational density.
