The role requires 4+ years in corporate meetings/trade shows, strong budgeting skills, and CMP or Cvent familiarity. Travel up to 30% is expected, with a focus on scalable, compliant event operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years' experience in corporate meetings and trade shows highly preferred.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred.
• Cvent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Leads the planning and execution of complex national meetings and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and attendee experience goals.
• Serves as the primary SME for national meetings and event management technology, providing expertise and guidance across the team.
• Supports COE initiatives by overseeing programs, tools, processes, and vendor partnerships to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Manages strategic vendor relationships and programs, monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
• Negotiates and tracks budgets, collaborating with internal stakeholders on cost management.
• Proficient in planning trade shows ranging from tabletop to large booths.
