Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with hospitals/health systems in an account management capacity.
• Experience with cardiovascular products in health systems; heart failure experience preferred.
• Proven track record of formulary and pathway adoption in health systems or hospital environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% for national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic account sales plan to achieve targets with health systems and hospital networks.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Area VPs to grow product adoption.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Report on sales performance and market trends.
