Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years strategic sales or account management with national retail accounts.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and leverage strong relationships with key decision makers to gain store and product offering growth.
• Be the champion of product launches in the Home Center channel.
• Partner with outside sales teams and contractor strategy teams to grow NN products.
• Drive growth of NN branded products in existing stores and new expansions.
• Collaborate with NN Marketing to drive awareness, promotions and in-store collateral.
• Visit retail stores with NN teammates to explore growth opportunities in merchandising and promotions.
• Visit retailer HQ quarterly to present business insights and promote new ideas.
• Ensure flawless execution when new offerings and stores are added via project management.
• Partner with NN Demand Planner to ensure monthly forecasts support the Home Center's business.
• Gather competitor pricing information with the team and align pricing across channels.
