Job summary

Airgas- Red-D-ARC seeks a National Accounts Manager to drive rental growth and client retention across major national accounts in the industrial contractor sector. You will cultivate C-suite relationships, develop comprehensive sales plans, and coordinate with regional teams to implement nationwide agreements.

The role requires strong knowledge of rental equipment markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in national accounts or strategic sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rental equipment markets and applications.
• Proven ability to develop senior-level relationships (C-suite, procurement).
• Experience negotiating terms and contract language.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental growth and client retention for national accounts in the industrial contractor market.
• Develop and execute national account plans and growth strategies.
• Secure renewals and expand wallet share with key customers.
• Identify and sign new national accounts to broaden the portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement national agreements and ensure service excellence.
• Monitor account activity and manage budgets, revenue targets, and profitability.
