Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a driven sales leader to grow a strategic national account within the physical security business. You will own an executive-level relationship, manage partner engagement, and execute a clear account strategy to achieve a $35M annual sales quota.

You will collaborate across sales, product, and operations to drive revenue growth, forecast accurately, and present compelling business cases to C-suite stakeholders. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing National Accounts.
• Experience in physical security solutions (Access Control, Video Surveillance, Integrated Security Systems).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic national account and partner relationships.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve and exceed a $35M annual sales quota.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned account.
• Conduct executive business reviews, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
