Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a National Account Field Representative to market, quote, price, and service national accounts, pro-oriented retailers, large DIY retailers, and industrial operations. You will manage communication, displays, catalogs, and customer relations across store contacts, customers, and vendors.

You will develop promotions, attend events, resolve issues including receivables, and provide training to customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in related job function.
• 1–5 years building products experience and broad knowledge of building product lines.
• Must have demonstrated effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Working conditions: job performed at customer locations; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Market, quote, price, sell and service national accounts and pro-oriented retailers.
• Provide promotional materials and manage relations between accounts, vendors and Boise Cascade.
• Develop promotion opportunities and participate in customer events.
• Resolve issues, respond to complaints and receivable problems, and provide claims service.
