Job summary

Caldera Medical in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a National Accounts Director to own strategic contracts across Implant and Surgical Business Units. You will lead market assessments, build access strategies with GPOs/IDNs, and partner with sales leadership to drive penetration.

The role requires a BS degree, 6+ years of healthcare systems sales experience, and demonstrated skills in negotiation, contracting, strategic thinking, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 6+ years sales experience, including 3+ years selling into healthcare systems.
• Superior negotiation & influence skills.
• Proven sales closer.
• Experience contracting with healthcare systems (GPO/RPO/IDN).
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the National Accounts across Implant and Surgical Business Units.
• Assess market and develop access strategies with GPOs and top IDNs.
• Develop negotiation strategies and contract terms with sales executives.
• Lead penetration strategies with sales leadership and monitor KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with field sales teams.
• Own the end-to-end process from targeting and pricing to legal review and compliance.
