Qualifications

• Experience with billing, payroll, purchasing, and office management.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations for DPW divisions, including customer service and financial recordkeeping.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, orders, vouchers, and vendor payments.
• Administer departmental accounts and oversee billing and reconciliations.
• Support budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Assist with permitting functions and workflow coordination.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
