Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture/design, engineering, public administration or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible facilities management experience, including supervisory work.
• Master's degree may substitute some of the required experience.
• Municipal or school setting experience highly desired.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the facilities department and capital project management.
• Develop and implement a clear vision for facilities operations and services.
• Collaborate with Town and School Departments and partner agencies.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, maintenance programs, and compliance.
