Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in environmental engineering and consulting with marketing/business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolio for Brown and Caldwell, driving value and growth.
• Act as Deputy CSM for Type I/II municipal clients and lead CST collaboration.
• Develop and execute 1-, 3-, 5-year client growth plans and business cases.
• Build profitable assignments aligned with market priorities and manage utilization.
