Baer Performance Marketing (BPM) in Green Bay is seeking a Multimedia Content Strategist to join our creative team. You will develop social media content, blogs, website content, and drip campaigns with a data‑driven approach to guide BPM’s clients’ content direction across platforms.

You will create, edit, optimize, and strategize content, coordinating with designers and teams to implement campaigns and improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Experience with social media channels.
• Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement editorial content as part of each brand’s social media calendar across multiple platforms.
• Develop engaging content (videos, reels, giveaways, influencer collaborations).
• Create social media graphics that align with brand standards.
