Job summary

The Multifamily Head of Portfolio at CHARLESGATE Property Management, LLC leads strategic and financial performance for a designated Boston portfolio, including resident services, property coordination, and cross-functional site oversight.

Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Manager, you will supervise the POD team, manage owner relationships, budgeting, compliance (LIHTC where applicable), and ensure high occupancy and client satisfaction across LIHTC and market-rate assets.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Affordable housing compliance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership and planning for the portfolio with regular client meetings.
• Financial performance oversight via budget vs. actual NOI.
• Manage owner communication, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Oversee risk management and compliance for portfolio properties, including LIHTC/affordable units.
