You will work with internal partners and dealers, analyze fixed and floating rate products, and help develop pricing strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers growth within a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing fixed and floating rate multifamily products including Conventional, Tax Exempt Loans & Bonds.
• Prepare guarantee fee recommendations for K-Deals and Q-Deals.
• Monitor capital markets and coordinate with dealers on new issuance and secondary market activity.
• Perform interest rate locks and coordinate with the hedging desk.
• Support pricing process enhancements and ad hoc analyses.
