Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Remote Multifamily Business Development Manager to lead our Outdoors segment across the United States.

You will own a regional market strategy, develop key relationships with developers, architects and distributors, and travel up to 50% to support customer engagements and project opportunities. You will work with autonomy and support from a leading brand portfolio, leveraging finance, product, operations and marketing to win business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving multifamily specification of building materials.
• Proven ability to build relationships with purchasing and specification decision makers.
• Experience growing business at the multifamily builder level and with channel partners.
• Ability to operate independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder territory.
• Proficiency translating cross-functional resources into customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional market strategy to grow Fortune Brands Outdoors product specifications and market share.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers inside multifamily developer organizations.
• Partner with territory managers, pro dealers, fabricators, and distributor networks to drive revenue.
• Support execution of individual multifamily developer projects from specification through close.
• Contribute to regional efforts that advance national multifamily developer contract strategies.
• Leverage internal finance, product, operations, and marketing resources to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive profitable growth.
• Travel within territory to maintain and deepen account relationships, with overnight travel approximately twice per month.
