Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a General Manager to lead operations, finance and people performance at the location level. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L and uphold company standards in line with the TSFR Roadmap.

You will require AGM or equivalent experience, Apple II Management training, and a track record of multi-unit restaurant leadership with strong business acumen to achieve goals and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• AGM or prior Unit GM experience with a similar organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance and human capital within their location.
• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and adherence to company guidelines.
• Manages safety, sanitation, and maintenance per policy.
