Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in finance leadership roles (Controller/Accounting Manager) or related.
• Experience with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Cost accounting and financial analysis, forecasting experience.
• Experience with OneStream, HFM or Essbase.
• Experience with ERP systems and with manufacturing operations.
• SOX compliance experience.
• Capital appropriations and financial reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting for all plants.
• Lead monthly financial close, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple plants.
• Analyze full P&L, plant metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive cost controls, inventory accuracy, and capital project tracking.
• Ensure SOX compliance and integrate financial processes with operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and shared services for improvements.
• Coordinate periodic inventories and IT system reliability.
• Travel up to 25% domestically for inventory checks.
