The role emphasizes consultative selling, market insight sharing, and a strong emphasis on building a durable aftermarket pipeline to hit regional goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years of sales or related industry experience.
• Experience in multi-family, door hardware or security solutions preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and live in Charlotte or Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer and end-user relationships through events and networking.
• Provide market insights to Allegion multifamily teams.
• Identify product gaps and work with teams to prioritize solutions.
• Target owners and property managers with existing properties.
• Collaborate with RSO and channel partners on sales.
• Coordinate with national team for portfolio opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline to sustain aftermarket growth.
• Ensure selling strategies meet regional revenue and profit goals.
