Job summary

Allegion is seeking an End User Sales Consultant to build and sustain relationships with education, health care and government end users in the Greater Milwaukee or Madison markets. You will drive the sales process with a consultative approach, collaborating with internal teams to position our security solutions and meet annual targets.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

• 5+ years sales experience, industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or Marketing preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and cultivate relationships with key end user facilities to achieve annual goals
• Manage the sales process with CRM and cross‑functional teams
• Use a consultative approach to position Allegion portfolio
• Maintain and expand knowledge of mechanical and electronic security solutions
• Engage in pipeline management and prioritize accounts
• Coordinate training sessions to stay current on products and policies
• Keep up with market data and competitive activity
• Travel to call on customers in Greater Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI
